Refund policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your products to be eligible for replacement.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
